The Energy & Body Assessment

During the session we:

  • Look at how your body is currently storing and using energy (including BodyScan)

  • Review your nutrition and daily patterns

  • Assess your strength and mobility

  • Identify what’s actually holding things back

After the session

  • You'll leave with a clear, practical way forward.

This is for you if:

  • Your energy is inconsistent, your weight isn't shifting and you feel like you're doing a lot right - but just not seeing results. 

  • If you would like to make an appointment at my studio in Stratford - it's with me not one of my coaches.

  • But at this stage, their body stops responding in the way it used to - and what worked before no longer holds.
